  If it was possible to rate this uncompassionate place of business no star would have been given! I am beyond livid with the lack of professionalism, an careless attitude towards the patient's needs and pain. Dr. Quang (Wayne) Nguyen is supposed to be a pain management doctor yet his title does not fit the description. He's not compassionate towards the patient concern with their medical problems nor does he help the patient mange the pain. Instead he comes off very sarcastically, and is quick to recommend you to the next doctor instead of answering the first question. I thought pain management doctors was suppose to evaluate, diagonse, and give you the skills to manage your chronic pain on your own and make you more able to function, possibly so that you may return to work. Not to leave you feeling frustrated and defeated while you watching your doctor exiting the room with unanswered questions and no solution to the problem. Which leaves you having to take another trip to the E.R. or Urgent Care for relief. This is REMINDER: Patient's should never be treated as an insurance check. Because one day yourself or staff assistant or even close relatives could be experiencing or suffering the same chronic pain that your patient's once had. So take HEED to them and address their problems thoroughly and work with integrity. Showing a little compassion goes a long way.
