  They have given me the worst customer experience of any company I have ever dealt with. I filed a claim two months ago and at this time they have not even started the repair. The reason for the delay is I am still waiting for State Farm to finalize the paperwork for the repair, two months later. I have reached out to State Farm no less than sixty times and spent no less than five hours on hold in the two months since I filed the claim. The content of every call is them denying any responsibility for the delay, but promising it will be settled shortly. It is two months later and no such progress has been made. I have been a customer of State Farm for over fourteen years, and I haven't had a major claim in ten years. I am out of pocket over $2,000 in rental car charges because I made the mistake of dealing with State Farm. I am considering going to their office and ripping my arm off to guarantee I have something to throw at them. This is my opinion of State Farm.
