  Primary care group referred my wife who has very complex medical issues to a kidney doctor, Having used Dr.Nwakoby of Ocala kidney group for about three years myself I considered him to be a very good and caring doctor so I took my wife to him. After having several test done off site his office call and wanted her to go to a Urologist ASAP so I tried to call his office for two days with the information on where to send the referral to with no luck. It seems the office help has plenty of time to run around talking and laughing with each other, but they don't have time to answer their phone! always away from their desk, maybe they should be the office help and the patients both, that may help to get the bills paid which is also their salary. I still believe dr. Nwakoby is a very good doctor and I give him a five star rating however for the office help I give a two star rating for neglecting their job. If they don't like their job, I am sure there are plenty people out there that needs it.

  I have been a transplant patient with Ocala Kidney Group since 1998. I started with Dr. Fuller and now have Dr. Nwakoby. I lost my first transplant in 2012 and had another at Shands in 2014 I have never had any issues with having meds refilled, tests ordered or with payment. They communicate well with Shands. I believe that Dr. Nwakoby truly cares about my health. I have worked with all the physicians in a professional manner also. I would recommend this group to my family and friends.
