  MED ONE is t he BEST!!!!! I have been going to them for a long time. This is the best and only emergency group used. I have been with them since they were in their old old office. When my doctor is not available, I know exactly where to go!! Yesterday, i had fallen and when I arrived at Med One, I was very shortly put in a wheel chair, taken in to an exam room, then had an x-ray taken, found out my foot was broken and was immediately out the door and on the way down to the doctor in their wheelchair where i was taken care of. The entire staff was kind and compassionate from beginning to end. GO THERE IF YOU HAVE TO - EVERYONE!!!!!

  Robbery ! I came to this facility with a sore throat. No one could tell me what was wrong. They told me they could do a strep test for an additional amount of money, I agreed. When the results came back negative , the NP told me there are a lot a false negatives....... I still don't understand why it was not explained to me that this was not a reliable test before I agreed to it. Needless to say, I ended up having to go to the emergency room 2 days later. The doctor there quickly identified my ailment as strep throat and prescribed me penicillin. It is day 2 since my hospital visit and I already feel so much better. This is a warning, if you are SELF PAY and you actually want to feel better after leaving a "quick care" , do yourself a favor and do not stop at this place. I wasted money for someone to pretty much just look at my throat and not know what it is, then prescribe a broad spectrum antibiotic to me that did nothing. Horrible experience and money down the drain.

  All the staff was friendly. The service was fast and efficient. Brandy the PA was knowledge and kind. I will return when I need to and refer others the the clinic. I was in and out in under an hour. Can't get that s a PCP!
