  I did lots of online searching before obtaining this office as a PCP for my children. My son was seen & examined by Dr. Juan Del Rio Roure. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and friendly. He took his time, did what is expected at a physical and answered all my questions. My 13 year old was not looking forward to this visit but after meeting Dr. Del Rio he had no problem coming back if he had to. Two days later my daughter was seen & examined by Dr. Humeraa Qamar. This visit was the complete opposite! She was clearly in a hurry. Exam was incomplete. When she brought up the subject of vaccinations, we discussed & picked each others brains a little bit. She was visibly agitated and had no interest on discussing it any further when she realized she was unable to persuade me. I declined vaccinating both of my children. At that point she suggested I look for another provider, she will no longer treat my children. In other words, they are not welcome. Anti-vaccine or pro-vaccine, we are entitled to our own opinions and ability to make our own decisions doing what we feel is best for our children. I am very disappointed with her because the big picture for me is that she declined care for both of my children. Sent us on our way no second thought about it. If you are anti-vaccine, you are not allowed here! If I were rating Dr. Del Rio and the medical assistants, it would easily have been 5 stars. Rating the practice procedures, how incomplete and careless the managing physician performed a physical exam and how unfriendly and bland the front desk receptionist is, they get one star! I personally would not recommend this office.
